Nithya Menon is one of the most talented actresses. Nithya has time and again proved that less is more for an actor of mettle.

After making her acting debut as a child artist in the 1998 English film The Monkey Who Knew Too Much, Menen started her acting career by playing a supporting role in the Kannada film 7 O’ Clock, which released in 2006.

Nithya made her debut in Tollywood with this rom-com directed by Nandini Reddy and starring Nani and Sneha Ullal along with her. The critically-applauded film, which also turned out to be one of the most commercially successful Telugu films of the year, won Nithya a solid fan-base among Telugu moviegoers.

She made her debut in leading roles in Malayalam with Akasha Gopuram and in Tamil with 180. She is the recipient of three Filmfare Awards for the Telugu films Gunde Jaari Gallanthayyinde, Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju, and the Tamil film Mersal.

After making her mark in four Southern film industries, she made a successful Bollywood debut last year with Mission Mangal. Though the film starred some of the top actors from Hindi films, her character Varsha Pillai made a mark with viewers and critics. She was last seen in Amazon’s Breathe Into The Shadows.

Her hard work has paid off and she is one of the successful actresses in the industry.
