Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently took a private jet to California with their ten-month-old son Archie as a last-minute plan after they saw a major issue brewing on continuing their stay in Canada.
The couple had dreamed of living in Canada where they could still be part of the royal duties while earning their own income. However, this was not to be!!
Issues regarding Meghan’s passport raised issues that meant that they had to pay a large amount on tax on earnings.
Reports in dailymailuk.co suggested that getting the visa in Canada would have been tough for them, considering that Meghan remained a US citizen and hence would be taxed there too.
This actually prompted the two of them to fly with their kid just before the pandemic scare could stop the services of flying.
Well, as of now they are based in LA.
They might be away from royal duties, but they are doing well for themselves as of now.
