Appearing on Unstoppable, the talk show on AHA (OTT platform), Mahesh Babu has told Nandamuri Balakrishna that his son Gautham was too small when he was born. “His was a premature birth. We are rich and so, we could get him treated. The same infant is now 6-ft tall. Since then, I started thinking about poor people. How would they save their kids? This made me embark on this cause of financing the surgeries of poor kids,” Mahesh said.
