Red Velvet is one of the most popular bands not just in South Korea but across the entire globe. It has earned a plethora of fan following from all walks of life. Its very talented members have made the Red Velvet band a success today. The band was formulated under SM Entertainment and the group made its very first presence in the year 2014 with the song “Happiness.” The group consists of five girl members and are Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy, and Yeri respectively. Irene: Bae Joo-Hyun, regarded mainly as Irene, is a vocalist, rap artist, and actor of South Korean descent. She is the commander of the South Korean girl band Red Velvet and a component of its sub-unit compiling of Red Velvet – Irene & Seulgi. Seulgi: Kang Seul-gi, highly regarded mononymously as Seulgi, is a South Korean vocalist and performer. She is a part of the South Korean girl group Red Velvet and its sub-unit consisting of Red Velvet – Irene & Seulgi.
Wendy: Shon Seung-wan, realized highly as Wendy, is a vocalist from South Korea. She is a member of the South Korean girl band Red Velvet. She made her solitary presence in 2021 with Like Water.
Joy: Park Soo-young, also considered by the stage name Joy, is a vocalist and artist from South Korea. She is a part of the South Korean girl group Red Velvet and has had headlining roles in the dramas The Liar and His Lover and Tempted.
Yeri: Kim Ye-rim, understood by her spotlight name Yeri, is a South Korean vocalist and actor.
