Well-known music composer Palash Muchhal is once again in the headlines, this time amid allegations of cheating by actor-producer Vidnyan Mane. Mane claimed that he invested rupees 40 lakhs in Muchhal’s film Nazariya with the promise of a substantial return by Palash. But the project was stopped, and Mane’s money wasn’t returned.

These created a lot of buzz, and, finally addressing the allegations on January 23, Palash responded, calling them baseless and highlighting that they were made with malicious intent to tarnish his reputation.

On his Instagram story, Palash wrote, “IN LIGHT OF THE ALLEGATIONS MADE BY SANGLI-BASED VIDNYAN MANE ON SOCIAL MEDIA, I WISH TO STATE THAT THESE CLAIMS AGAINST ME ARE ENTIRELY BASELESS AND FACTUALLY INCORRECT.”
