It also acts as a form of physical expression that reduces stress, fosters muscular endurance, and serves as a means of feeling happy and energetic. Today, that is 29 April, is observed all over as World Dance Day, and IWMBuzz.com talk to a few celebrities to understand the role that dance plays in their overall conditioning and lifestyle.
We begin the day with the thoughts of Aayushi Khurrana, our very own Reet from the Zee TV show Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile.
Actors and dance are deeply connected, with dance serving as a vital tool for emotional expression, character development, and physical storytelling. Aayushi is happy that she has got ample opportunities on the set of her show to showcase her dancing skills in addition to proving her versatility as an actor.
She says, “While shooting Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, I’ve had quite a few opportunities to perform dance sequences, and honestly, whenever we get to know that we’re about to shoot one, it brings me pure joy. I truly have a blast with my co-stars during those moments.”

Aayushi Khurrana, known as Reet of Zee TV’s Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, is being loved for her amazing onscreen chemistry with actor Bharat Ahlawwat, who plays the role of Raghav Suryavanshi in the show. Their dance moments in the show have been sizzling, having been a visual treat to their fans.
