Shruti Seth who is part of the Star Plus show Dil Jaise Dhadke… Dhadakne Do produced by Guroudev Bhalla is upbeat and positive about her show’s concept, even after the opening ratings have not looked really promising (0.8).
“We have a different story which is not the usual show. Hence such attempts will need more legroom to click. I am sure that Star Plus team which has a lot of faith in the show will have its own plans,” says Shruti.
“Ideally I am not the correct person to comment on numbers. Better you ask the production house and channel about the same,” she avers.
Adding on, Shruti states, “I don’t understand the TRP game and neither do I know how much ratings should be good enough for the 7 pm slot. I have returned to proper TV after a long time and back then we would hit 9 plus, but today the game has completely changed,” says this Shararat girl.
“Also today TV ratings alone don’t count, digital traction plays an equally important role in deciding a show’s fate and I am sure we will have superb Hotstar numbers to boost.”
Shruti plays the role of Bhavini, the right hand person of Devguru (Rahil Azam) who is on a quest to locate and get the Devi at the right place, to serve humanity.
