Pratibha Ranta the talented young actor who plays the lead in the Zee TV show Qurbaan Hua has grown with all the experience and exposure of facing the camera.
Once a total newcomer to acting, Pratibha has indeed worked really hard on her skills to give an impressive performance in the role of Chahat in the above-mentioned Full House Media show.
Recently, at the Zee Rishtey Awards 2020, Pratibha bagged her first major award and won the Favourite Naya Sadasya (Female) award.
This win has made Pratibha really jubilant. Also, she does understand the need for pressing the pedal more, and taking up the responsibility of showcasing her acting prowess to the fullest of potential.
Says Pratibha, “This was my first ZRA and first ever awards show since I made my entry into the industry.”
Talking of her experience, she states, “My experience has been very overwhelming. The amount of support and warmth that I am getting from my fans is so motivating. Obviously, I knew that I was nominated for the Favourite Naya Sadasya (Female). If I tell you honestly, I had a bit of hope that I can win the award. I have worked really hard on the role. The moment the award was announced that the Naya Sadasya is Chahat, I could see the entire journey of mine in front of me. I am ecstatic on bagging the award.”
“Of course, my family is so very proud of me. I am thankful to them for allowing me to take part in this journey as an actor. They have always allowed me to pursue my goals. I loved dancing and they helped me grow that talent. Now I am allowed to explore myself as an actor. Not to forget my Producers, Sonali Mam and Amir Sir for giving me this big opportunity. If I am able to stand today with this award in my hand, full credit for this goes to Tabrez Sir who has been able to groom the actor in me. When I came to Mumbai, I was very raw. He has taken care of all the detailing and has helped me enhance my performance. A big thanks to Zee TV for helping me find my footing as an actor in the industry.”
