Karan Patel born on 23 November 1983 is one the rising star of the small screen. Karan Patel graduated from Mithibai College, Mumbai. And as the acting was in ruling in his blood he attended the Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute and the University of the Arts London.
Karan started his career in 2000 with the show ‘Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki’. But his big outing came in Kasturi, where he played the lead role of the spoilt brat Robbie. After the show ended in 2007. In 2008 he debuted as host by anchoring a new show Kaho Na Yaar Hai. In meanwhile he participated in many of the reality show as contestants such as Kaun Jeetega Bollywood Ka Ticket, Survivor India, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 6. Later than in the year 2013 he started playing the role of the male lead in Ekta Kapoor show on star-plus ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ as Raman Kumar Bhalla. In this show, Ishita and Raman with their on-screen chemistry and romantic love rule the show entirely and made the best on-screen couple of all time. This role earned him numerous awards such as ZEE Gold Awards for Best Actor (Popular) three years in a row and many more awards as Jodi and much more.
