Dangal TV’s show Rangbaazi Dilon Ki actor Shivani Gosain is gearing up to celebrate Mahashivratri on February 15. She said, “As I am a blind believer of Shiva, Mahashivratri is extremely special to me spiritually. It is the most pious and spiritually high-frequency day for me. On this day, I truly feel I can directly communicate with Shiva. For me, it is a powerful time for deep meditation and divine connection. Coincidentally, my number is 3 (21), and my name is Shivani, which is one of Durga’s names, so my name actually means ShivShakti. This coincidence also makes me feel blessed and protected by Him.”
She shared that she has experienced Lord Shiva’s presence and guidance in her life. She said, “Three years ago, I suddenly felt the urge to visit Kedarnath on my birthday. It wasn’t planned… it felt like a divine calling. I walked all the way because I will never participate in animal cruelty by sitting on them. Climbing up and finally reaching the temple was an out-of-this-world experience.”
She felt that Shivji called her and made her feel His presence. She said, “Even today, whenever I close my eyes and meditate, I feel like I am there at Kedarnath. After that trip, I started handling stress and difficult situations much better. After facing endless challenges, I am finally able to breathe and balance my professional and personal life—something I struggled with for years.”
She has always chanted “Om Namah Shivaya,” even when she sneezes. “It has become a part of my daily life—consciously and unconsciously. This chant has grounded me and given me inner strength and calmness over the years,” she said.
“I truly believe that if He chooses you, He will give you a challenging life and test you—but He will also give you the strength to survive it. He will never let you fall or fail. That is what I have learned by being His believer,” Shivani ended.
