Siddharth Nigam is popular for his role in Dhoom 3 and several Indian TV dramas like Ashoka and Chandra Nandini. However, these were roles he played as a child actor. Siddharth these days has become something of a style and fashion icon in the industry. His provocative dressing sense and smart looks are being noticed by many, but, more than that he has been applauded for having such a rock solid and incredible body. And recently, in an interview he revealed how he has achieved this amazing body that he boasts.

“For me, fitness is everything. It doesn’t only mean going to the gym and lifting weights but one has to stay fit and feel fit. Fitness plays a really important role in everyone’s life, be it youngsters or older people too. In today’s fast-paced life, it is very important to keep your mind, body and soul fit,” he said.

He says that he believes in keeping a perfect balance between his workout and diet. And, he also emphasizes on getting enough rest, which according to him is often ignored by him. His obsession with fitness has been inculcated from a very young age, as he is a National Award winning gymnast. So, his priority for fitness at even such a young age is well justified.
