Zee TV’s popular fiction show Tujhse Hai Raabta is all set to bid adieu to TV screens. Within no time the daily became one of the popular shows on the channel and won the audience’s hearts as well. After entertaining for 3 years, it is set to go off air. Young beauty Reem Shaikh, the lead actress of the show Kalyani, talked about her emotional attachment to the show.
Talking about her overall journey, she said, “The journey of Raabta has been beautiful. 3 wonderful years. I have found the best people on this show. Honestly to find good people is very difficult but this show has given me that. I was blessed to have such amazing co-actors who are now nothing less than family. Purva Di, Sehban, Rajat, Shagun, Savita Tai, Milind Uncle, I am going to miss these people the most.”
When asked who she will miss the most, she added, “I will miss being Kalyani and especially being Kalyani to Malhar. These characters will last forever and we will cherish these memories. Kalyani was a part of me and Reem was a part of Kalyani. It will stay forever like this.”
KalMa aka Kalyani and Malhar became one of the most loved TV couples. Fans were shattered after learning about the show’s closure, Reem too had the same reaction, he mentioned, “I know KalMa fans are sad about the show ending. Believe me, when I and Sehban got to know, we both were equally upset. I remember, I started crying as I could not control my tears. Honestly, KalMa happened naturally. I am speechless. Having said that, I would tell fans that KalMa lives forever because it was one of the purest and natural bonds.”
On a final note, she shared, “Only the show is ending, the relation and ‘raabta’ with my fans is not ending. I want to tell fans that please don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened.”
