Sanchita Ugale’s sudden and tragic passing due to alleged suicide has left the entertainment industry in deep shock. Actress Rachi Sharma, after days of her Kumkum Bhagya co-star Sanchita’s passing, speaks on mental health, requesting all not to give up on oneself, trying to educate on mental health.
Rachi, in her story, shared she is fine, emphasizing that mental health issues are a real thing and this needs to be taken seriously, requesting all not to give up on oneself, “Hi guys, It’s been a few days, and I wanted to share a little something that I’ve been feeling…with you all.
First of all, yes! I am okay! I am doing good, and I really hope all of you are doing good too.
Mental health is real, and I genuinely feel it’s something we still don’t take seriously enough. Sometimes people can be smiling, laughing, working, and still be fighting battles that nobody knows about!!
One thing I want to say is…please don’t give up on yourself!”

In her next story, the actress talked about the hardships that may come in life but encouraged staying motivated and holding on, highlighting the importance one holds in others’ lives, “Life is not easy!!It gets tough, sometimes tougher than we ever imagined. There will be days when you feel lost, exhausted, or like nothing is going your way. But trust me someone told me that we all have a strength within us that we often don’t realize until life puts us to the test Have faith in yourself please…in time, and in
God ॐ Things may not make sense today, but that doesn’t mean they won’t tomorrow And one thing I’ve learned is that being in good company is so important!!!
Stay around people who inspire you, teach you good things, encourage growth, and bring positivity into your life
Also remember that every decision we take affects not only us but the people who love us. We are connected to so many hearts around us, and sometimes we forget how important we are in someone else’s life.”

And lastly, Rachi asked everyone to seek help in difficult or dull moments from family, friends, and people around because at the end everything gets better: “Whenever life feels heavy, take a moment to be grateful you know for your family…your friends, your health, the little joys, and the fact that you have another day to begin again
Life is beautiful
There is still so much to see, so much to experience, and so many memories waiting to be made
Just remember: end mein sab kuch theek ho jaata hai. And that’s the beauty of life.”
