Despite the constant chatter about rising and falling ratings, producer Rajan Shahi has finally addressed the ongoing rumours about a possible leap and the introduction of new leads in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. He made a clear statement, rejecting them. On his Instagram stories, the producer wrote a brief note, saying they are not even thinking about the leap, and asked not to spread false news. He wrote, “THERE IS NO “LEAP” EVEN THOUGHT OF CONSIDERED HAPPENING IN YEH RISHTA KYA KEHLATA HAI THU THU THU DO NOT SPREAD FALSE NEWS.”
On the other hand, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai secured 1.6 TVR for consecutive weeks, and even recently, the TRP dropped to 1.5 TVR. However, there are fluctuations; the show is still grabbing attention with the current plot.
