Mickey Lee, who was a contestant on the CBS reality show Big Brother, has died at the age of 35. Her family took it to the Instagram handle to announce her death on December 26th. With immense sadness, the family penned a note for the late Mickey Lee.

The family wrote, “Mickey captured the hearts of audiences nationwide through her appearance on Big Brother, where her authenticity, strength and spirit left a lasting impression on fans and fellow cast members alike. She will be remembered for the joy she brought into the lives of so many and for the genuine connections she formed both on and off screen.”

Lee had been in the ICU, according to GoFundMe, where she suffered a series of cardiac arrests. Later, GoFundMe also penned a note for the personality, calling her unforgettable. It stated, “A vibrant, strategic, and unforgettable personality, Mickey captured the attention of fans with her energy, authenticity, and bold gameplay. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, and based in Atlanta, Georgia, she brought charm and fierce competition to the Big Brother house as an event curator and creative force.” Other Big Brother alums also expressed their distress over Lee’s sudden death, stating, “She will always be remembered, and I am beyond grateful to have had the opportunity to get to know her for the short period I did- she shared so much light with us and was such an amazing soul,” Rachel Reilly stated.
