Big news coming in from the Arnab Goswami ‘abetment to suicide’ case.
As per reports in The Indian Express, the Supreme Court after hearing Arnab Goswami’s bail plea has granted him bail.
It must be noted that earlier, his bail plea was rejected by the Bombay High Court.
Arnab was arrested from his residence by Mumbai Police officials for an alleged ‘abetment to suicide’ case.
Reports said that senior advocate Harish Salve who argued for Arnab in court said,
“For abetment, there must be a direct and indirect act of commission of the offense. If a person commits suicide in Maharashtra and blames govt, will CM be arrested?”
