Today being the first day of the new week, we put together the major happenings from your favourite shows over the last week.

Anupamaa, the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw Anupamaa (Rupali Ganguly) being in her happiest phase of life. After signing the deal papers with Anuj Kapadia (Gaurav Khanna), Anupamaa stepped into a very crucial phase of her life, especially concerning her career. While Vanraj grew unhappy along with Toshu, Baa and Kavya, others in the house were happy for Anupamaa. A rift as such with an arm-wrestling match happened between Anuj and Vanraj where Vanraj showed a lot of his pent up attitude. The week ended with Anupamaa boarding her first flight trip to Mumbai with Anuj for a business meeting. She was all excited as this was her dream come true moment.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the Star Plus show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut saw a very exciting last week which was filled with joy and happiness. The week started with Sirat’s (Shivangi Joshi) pregnancy getting confirmed, which brought a new vigour within the Goenka family. While all were happy, Sheela’s entry into the house provided for a small amount of drama, before she was whisked off the house for her bad deeds. The show also saw a 6 months jump in time, which opened up with Sirat’s baby shower ceremony. With just two more months to go for her delivery, Kartik and Sirat were seen in the most joyous phase of their lives. The couple hoped that they would get a daughter to make their family perfect.
Kundali Bhagya, the Zee TV show produced by Balaji Telefilms saw Sonakshi’s (Mansi Srivastava) frustration running high to get Karan (Dheeraj Dhoopar) back in her life. The Luthra family faced a new challenge during Ganesh Chaturthi when a gang of drug peddlers got into the mansion in the disguise of musicians. Sarla got into trouble, and the entire family was later held as hostages by the gang. However, they devised a way to save themselves and the police were called, and the drug peddlers got exposed. Meanwhile, a few in the Luthra family assumed that Rishabh has an extramarital affair. Though he proved his innocence, Srishti felt that he is to be blamed.
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the Sony SAB show produced by Neela Telefilms saw the Gokuldham Society members celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi by paying a grand tribute to the freedom fighters of the Nation. From Mangal Pandey, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, Jawaharlal Nehru, to Aruna Asaf Ali, Moje Riba, Kamaladevi Chattopadhyay, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Baji Rout, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, the Gokuldham residents enjoyed the role play and talked about the freedom fighters and their achievements.
Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi – Nayi Kahani, the Sony TV show produced by Beyond Dreams saw a scintillating week that was full of drama. Sanjana (Sana Amin Sheikh) and her obsession for Dev (Shaheer Sheikh) increased to the extent of her planning new ways to get closer to him. Sonakshi (Erica Fernandes) got a doubt when she listened to a voice similar to Sanjana’s confession to the Radio Jockey about her being in love with a married man. Sanjana made all moves possible to get closer to Dev. It will be interesting to see if Sanjana would confess her love before Dev.
Udaariyaan, the Colors show produced by Dreamiyata Entertainment saw a drama-filled week wherein there was super excitement and gripping drama. The last week started with Tejo (Priyanka Choudhary) coming clear, with Simran’s entry into the Virk house to reveal the fact. This drama opened up a new drama, that of Jasmine (Isha Malviya) taking over the academy work from Tejo. With Fateh (Ankit Gupta) being awarded the Sher-E-Punjab honour at an event, Jasmine planned big to prove that she is the wife of Fateh. She locked up Tejo in a storeroom, thus climbing the stage as Fateh’s wife. However, the Virk family image took a beating when both Jasmine and Tejo were on the stage as Fateh’s wives. The week ended with Fateh pressurizing his mother to send Tejo out of the house. This lead to bigger drama with Fateh and Jasmine threatening to leave home.
Meet, the Zee TV show produced by Shashi Sumeet Productions saw Meet (Ashi Singh) being happy for her sister Manushi’s wedding with Meet Ahlawat (Shagun Pandey). Meet had a brush with Kunal which resulted in Meet Ahlawat getting angry with Meet. As the wedding day approached, there was drama with Manushi eloping from home and getting married to the boy she loved. In order to save the family pride, Meet decided to get married to Meet Ahlawat.
Ziddi Dil Maane Na, the Sony SAB show produced by Sunshine Productions saw Sid’s (Kunal Karan Kapoor) genuine love growing bigger for Sanjana (Diljot Chhabra). While Sanjana refused to accept Sid’s love, Faizi and Monami tried to explain the facts to her. Meanwhile, Monami (Kaveri Priyam) got saved from goons by Karan (Shaleen Malhotra). Meanwhile, Sid’s condition worsened and there was panic with him getting critical.
