Senior actor Amit Singh Thakur, who plays the patriarch in the male lead’s family in the upcoming Dangal TV show Rangbaazi Dilon Ki, has been under the weather and recently underwent surgery!! Amit Singh Thakur, who plays father to the male lead, Utkarsh Gupta, in the show, had to undergo an appendectomy surgery a few days back.
Deligent and sincere towards his work, Amit Singh Thakur was spotted on the set, shooting for the show on the fourth day of his surgery.
Talking about it, Amit Singh Thakur told IWMBuzz.com, “Yes, I underwent the surgery. I was not there to shoot the promo, as my operation was scheduled around that date. I was back on the set, on the fourth day of my surgery. I have had a few issues post my surgery, too. But I am managing all, while I remain dedicated to work.”
He went on to say, “The Producers and the team have been taking proper care for the smooth shoot to happen.”
Rangbaazi Dilon Ki, the Dangal TV show, is produced by Sukesh Motwani and Mautik Tolia’s banner Bodhitree Multimedia. It has Utkarsh Gupta and Manika Mehrota playing the leads. Nikhil Sharma, Amit SinghThakur, Shivani Gosain and others are in the main cast.
