Zee TV‘s new launch, Tu Hi Re Dil Mein, produced by Film & Shots Productions, features Abrar Qazi, Priyanshi Yadav and Simran Rawal as the leads. It revolves around a complex, emotionally driven love triangle shaped by duty, sacrifice, and the unpredictable twists of destiny.
The show will see senior actors Kanwarjit Paintal and Beena Banerjee playing vital roles in the cast. They will play grandparents to the main lead, is what we hear.
Earlier, media reports had written about senior actors Sushil Parashar and Rupa Devetia playing the above-said roles. However, there has been a double replacement in the show, with Kanwarjit Paintal and Beena Banerjee now playing the parts.
Kanwarjit Paintal was recently seen in Star Plus’ Anupamaa, while Beena was last seen in Naagin 7.
We buzzed the channel spokesperson, but did not get through to them.
Tu Hi Re Dil Mein launches on 15 June and will take the 7 PM slot on Zee TV. The show is designed as a deeply emotional, layered family drama that moves away from superficial romance. The narrative treats its love triangle with a mature approach rooted strongly in traditional moral values and human integrity. Actors Pallavi Pradhan, Pyumori Mehta, Deepali Pansare will play vital roles in the show.
