Exclusive: Shaleen Malhotra joins Kunal Karan Kapoor in Sunshine Productions’ show for Sony SAB

Sunshine Productions will soon come up with a new show for Sony SAB which will feature Shaleen Malhotra and Kunal Karan Kapoor in lead roles.

Sony SAB will soon come up with an engaging youth-based romcom that will stun audiences!! This show will be novel to the channel which deals with popular shows like Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Hero – Gaayab Mode On.

The show is being produced by Sudhir Sharma and Seema Sudhir’s Sunshine Productions.

News that we have got at IWMBuzz.com is that popular actor Shaleen Malhotra who was last seen in Mere Dad Ki Dulhan will play one of the male leads on the show.

He will join Kunal Karan Kapoor, who gets back with Sunshine Productions after the successful association with the show Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha.

As per a reliable source, “Shaleen and Kunal will play the lead on the show. They will have stylized looks.”

We buzzed Shaleen but did not get through for comment.

We reached out to Producer Sudhir Sharma and channel spokesperson but did not get any response till we filed the story.

Sunshine Productions have given some real engaging concepts in the past for TV like Miley Jab Hum Tum, The Buddy Project, 12/24 Karol Bagh, Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha. Sunshine Productions will soon come up with a web-series created for Applause Entertainment.
