Mangal Lakshmi, the Colors TV show produced by Panorama Entertainment, is all set for a fresh start with a five-year leap being shown. Rookie actress Vanshika Bachwani has been roped in to play the role of Ishana. As we know, Arshiya Sharma, Mohd Saud Mansuri, and Ruhaan Kapoor have exited the show.
Meanwhile, the new promo that shows a glimpse of the world of Mangal (Deepika Singh) post the leap, has her finding a suitable alliance for her daughter. She is seen along with her sister Lakshmi (Sanika Amit) in the promo.
As we know, there was a huge turbulence in the lives of Adit (Naman Shaw) and Mangal before the leap. Saumya forced Adit to cheat Mangal and not marry her. On the wedding day, Adit left Mangal. Ultimately, Adit and Saumya Jia Mustafa) were shown having an accident where it is presumed that Adit is dead. Again, Mangal is left alone waiting for Adit, while Saumya plans her big plan of taking Adit away.
The post-leap phase commences with a lot of intriguing questions. It will be interesting to see how the relationships have transformed over the years between the prime characters. We wrote about Gayatri Sohum entering the house of Adit, to stay with her sister Kusum post the leap.
As per reports, Barrister Babu fame Saumya Shetye has been roped in to play the other lead in the show.
