Gul Khan and Gorky’s 4 Lions Films has been enthralling the TV viewing audiences with the classy show on Star Plus, Ishqbaaaz.
Now, 4 Lions Films in collaboration with Producers Nilanjana Purkayasstha and Herumb Khot (Invictus T Mediaworks) will bring on a new concept for Star Plus, based on the life of a girl who would have a great talent to singing. Invictus T Mediaworks recently produced the show, Peshwa Bajirao.
Titled ‘Kulfi Kumar Baajewala’, the show has gone on floor today, as per a credible source. The story is said to be an adaptation of the popular Star Jalsa show, Potol Kumar Gaanwala which traced the story of a young singing prodigy who set out to search for her musician father.
Coming to the cast, actor Shruti Sharma, of Navya fame has been roped in to play a pivotal role. Joining her will be noted actors Romanch Mehta and Pallavi Rao. While Romanch was last seen in Gangaa and Siya Ke Ram and is presently part of Paramavatar Shri Krishna, Pallavi was last seen in Dhhai Kilo Prem.
As per a credible source, “Shruti Sharma will play the young mother to the lead child. Romanch and Pallavi will play a couple related to the lead kid.”
We buzzed the actors, but they were unavailable for comment.
We tried our best to connect to Producer Gul Khan and Nilanjana, but could not do so.
