Surprising news surfaces days before the launch of &TV’s upcoming show Gharwali Pedwali. The show is all set to launch soon, but ahead of the release, a major change has been reported. According to media reports, actress Seerat Kapoor, who won hearts with her portrayal of Chinni in the show Imlie, has joined &TV’s new show Gharwali Pedwali.

In addition, Neeharika Roy, who was originally signed for the project to play the main character of Savi, has now been replaced by the new entrant Seerat Kapoor. And while sharing her thoughts on her entry in the new show, Seerat, in a chat with TOI, expressed her excitement to be part of the show. She also mentions that the show is refreshing, and she knows that this one is special after reading the script.

Further, Seerat shared about the show, mentioning that Gharwali Pedwali stands out because it presents the supernatural comedy genre in a distinct way, and that her character, Savi, is a modern girl, which will add more thrill as she connects with the ghost, prompting laughter and entertainment.

Seerat Kapoor replaced Neeharika Roy after the latter stepped down from the show due to health issues. Neeharika informed her fans on her social media about her declining health, which is why she exited from the show while the promo was shot already.

Gharwali Pedwali is a &TV show, produced by Peninsula Productions. The show will now star Paras Arora, Priyamvada Kant, and Seerat Kapoor in the main roles. The show’s launch date has yet to be revealed.

On the other hand, Neeharika Roy is known for her appearances in shows like Pyar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan, Tera Yaar Hoon Main, and others.
