Zee TV’s popular show Yeh Teri Galliyan produced by Cinevista is slowly but steadily proceeding towards its leap.
Yes, you heard it right!!
As we know, the makers had taken an initial call of postponing the leap by few months. As a result of this, actors Manish Goplani and Vrushika Mehta who were supposed to play the leads post the leap, were relieved from their contracts.
Now, news coming in is that the show will soon see the generation leap happening!! Child artistes Ayaan Zubair Rahmani and Ruchi Mahajan have done a swell job in portraying the roles. And now guess the time has arrived for them to hand over the mantle to the actors coming in now.
And shortlisted to play the main role of Puchki is the talented and graceful Shruti Sharma, who came to the limelight with her participation in the Star Plus reality show, India’s Next Superstars.
Shruti Sharma was the runner-up in the female category and also won a ‘Special Mention’ award.
As per sources, “The channel is looking for a fresh face mostly to play the role. And Shruti as it looks, holds the bright chance of playing the lead of Yeh Teri Galliyan post the leap.”
We buzzed the channel spokesperson for a comment, but did not get through to them.
We hear that the show will take a leap sometime in the third week of this month (October).
