Kanwar Dhillon, the popular Indian actor known for his iconic character Sachin Deshmukh in the Star Plus show Udne Ki Aasha, recently bought a 4.5 BHK apartment in Mumbai, Maharashtra. On his 33rd birthday in March, 2026, the actor performed a Griha Pravesh (house-warming) puja alongside his family and partner Alice Kaushik. He built this home as a unified space to live under one roof with his parents and brother. Following months of anticipation, Kanwar has finally given his fans a detailed inside tour of his dream property.
On October 27, 2026, Kanwar shared a set of photos on his social media, highlighting the residence’s elegant aesthetics, from a soothing living area to an expansive high-rise balcony.
Hallroom/ Living Room
Kanwar’s apartment opens into a spacious living room with neutral-toned interiors throughout. The seating layout features a plush beige sofa set, a cozy recliner, and two structured accent chairs, creating a tranquil relaxation zone. With an ivory color scheme that extends seamlessly across the walls, curtains, and lighting fixtures, the space feels open, airy, and calming.
The 7 Horse Statement Wall
A major highlight of the main hall is a magnificent 7-horse mural carved directly into the wall using Plaster of Paris (POP). Designed to anchor the room visually, the custom carving is rooted in Vastu principles, as running horses are traditionally believed to invite steady prosperity, success, and positive energy into a household.
The Chandelier
Just above the center seating area, a stunning chandelier adds a distinct layer of modern luxury and instantly elevates the room’s overall ambiance when illuminated.
The Drink Station
Kanwar designed a dedicated home beverage station utilizing a lively pop-of-yellow theme. The area features a personal touch: a painting of Kanwar as his beloved on-screen character, Sachin, gifted by a dedicated fan.
TV Cabinet And The Statement Pieces
The TV cabinet is aesthetic, floating, and in neutral tones. Attached to it is a cabinet that shows Kanwar’s achievements and awards. The living room also has statement pieces, such as a dog statue or a metallic bird.
Balcony
The living room on the other side has a balcony that connects all the rooms. The space features earthy-toned flooring, while the green planter along the straight line creates a refreshing vibe. A Buddha statue sits in the center, adding a peaceful vibe.
