The ratings of Week 40 of the ongoing year 2024 is out!! There seems to be the usual high and downswing in the ratings of certain shows, while a few remain quite consistent. So how does the week gone by look like in terms of ratings? Here we go!! Anupamaa (Star Plus) has secured the top position and there is no doubt about it!! However, the show has dropped in its ratings in the last two weeks. Two weeks earlier, Anupamaa held the happy zone of securing a TVR of 2.6, but it has come down to 2.3 TVR this week. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Star Plus) which secured the second spot last week holds on to its 2nd spot this week too. However, the show too sees a drop in ratings and has secured 2.1 TVR this week, when compared to 2.3 TVR last week. Jhanak (Star Plus) which had been consistently hovering around 2.2 TVR, drops to 2.0 TVR this week and has to share the third spot with the other Star Plus shows Udne Ki Aasha, Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin and Advocate Anjali Awasthi.

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (Sony SAB) drops 0.1 TVR from last week, but manages to take the next spot with a TVR of 1.8. It stands joint with Fear Factor Khatron Ke Khiladi (Colors) which aired its grand finale last week with 1.8 TVR.

Parineetii (Colors) has 1.7 TVR, Mangal Lakshmi and Shiv Shakti Tap Tyaag Tandav (Colors) have 1.6 TVR, followed by Durga (Colors) at 1.5, Mishri (Colors) at 1.4. Kundali Bhagya (Zee TV), Laughter Chefs – Unlimited Entertainment and Megha Barsenge (Colors) also have 1.4 TVR. Maati Se Bandhi Dor (Star Plus) secures a 1.3 TVR, along with Mera Balam Thanedaar (Colors) and Kumkum Bhagya (Zee TV).

Coming to new launches – Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha (Star Plus) has 1.1 TVR, Vasudha and Jagriti (Zee TV) have 1.0 and 0.9 respectively.
