Hina Khan the popular actress who recently represented the Indian industry in Cannes 2019 is the next actor to be under the weather.
Hina has been on her toes for a while now, with her character of Komolika in Kasautii Zindagii Kay growing really big.
However, she moved out of the show due to her Bollywood commitments.
The actress is now down with fever and has apparently been resting.
Hina put up a post on Instagram indicating that she is unwell.

Hina has also been in news recently for having been seen in a scene in Kasautii Zindagii Kay wherein she plans her next strategy with Mr. Bajaj (Karan Singh Grover).
This apparently lead to speculations of the actress returning to the show.
However, it seems to be an interesting twist that the makers Balaji Telefilms have adapted to, in the show by using her character in one such flashback sequence.
