Sony Entertainment Television’s Indian Idol Season 12 is all set to celebrate the Father’s Day special episode this weekend where, the contestants will be seen singing songs as a dedication to their respective fathers. The episode will be a tearjerker, as contestants and their fathers will be seen getting emotional as they talk about how the presence of each other in their lives has been a source of constant strength and motivation. Post the marvelous performance of Sawai Bhatt on the song ‘Baghban’ his father who gets very emotional does something very shocking for Sawai.
Sawai has always made sure to entertain the audience with his talent. After his performance, Sawai Bhat’s father takes a moment to praise his son. He gets extremely emotional but, at the same time, also felt proud to be his father. Sawai’s father Ramesh Bhatt said “Being a father, I never tried to understand Sawai. I never supported him for his talent I always thought that he is doing nothing but just singing songs. But today witnessing the popularity my son has earned for himself all over the world all makes me feel extremely proud! To acknowledge his hard work and determination, I would like to give him my ‘Paghadi’.”
Articulating his emotions Sawai Bhatt mentioned that “I have immense respect for my father, and I don’t want the ‘Paghadi’ but all his blessing. I feel the smile and pride on his face are enough for me to feel happy. I am grateful to everyone present here who gave me this chance to showcase my singing talent. I will make sure to make my father proud always and forever”.
