Akshay Kharodia, the talented young actor who is part of the cast of Star Plus show Pandya Store (Sphere Origins) is happy with the recent jump that the ratings of the show have seen. Pandya Store registered a high TVR of 2.1 last week.
Akshay plays the role of Dev Pandya in the show who is married to Rishita Pandya (Simran Budharup).
Says Akshay, “I am extremely happy with the rise in ratings. The entire unit of Pandya Store is working hard to make it big. The show isn’t just running because of us actors, but also because of every member, from the writing department to the post-production team. Everyone is doing a great job and as a fact, we can see that through the ratings. To be honest, I am quite elevated with the ratings touching 2.1 TVR. It is the finest news that I have heard in weeks.”
Akshay is looking forward to the coming drama in the show wherein Dhara Bhabhi (Shiny Doshi) is going through huge pressure of conceiving very soon and giving the family an heir. “Pandya Store is a story that wishes to bring and inculcate family values. The current track is where bhabhi is been forced to have a child, where we all stand by her and support her. The track shows how an Indian woman is always under pressure to become a mother. We want to spread a positive message that we should stand in support of our family, in such situations.”
