Vasudha, the Zee TV show produced by Arvind Babbal Productions, has seen huge drama with Chandrika Singh Chauhan (Parineeta Borthakur) and Vasudha (Priya Thakur) going against all odds and completing the tough penance needed to save the life of Prabhat (Sachin Parikh). We wrote about Chandrika having to climb the steps of the temple on her knees. She had to light the diya on her hands and was determined to complete her penance to save her husband. Vasudha, too, brought prasad cooked from the rice got from biksha, thus completing the ritual. While this was done, the doctors declared Prabhat to be safe and out of danger.

The upcoming episode will see Chandrika happy and relieved as she brings her husband home. At home, there will be a warm welcome extended to Prabhat Singh Chauhan. However, there will be tension in the air as Prabhat had taken the promise that Dev (Abhishek Sharrma) and Vasudha had to get back to the house, if he had to undergo his surgery. Vasudha had accepted it in the hospital, but Dev and Vasudha will witness the happy scenes of Prabhat’s return from afar. They will be happy that all is well in the Chauhan house. Dev will question Vasudha’s intent and will enquire why she has not kept up the promise made of their return. Vasudha will sternly tell Dev that they were with their family when they required them. And now, when all is well, they need to take care of their life and home and stay away. Dev will wonder what stops Vasudha from going home, and will ponder over what exactly happened.

Why will Vasudha take such a decision?

Vasudha is a compelling story that delves into the fascinating dynamics between two women from entirely different worlds – whose paths cross, leading to a clash of ideologies, temperaments and socioeconomic backgrounds, promising a narrative unlike any other on Indian television. Chandrika Singh Chauhan’s character is played by Nausheen Ali Sardar while Priya Thakur is seen in the titular role of Vasudha. Abhishek Sharma plays the lead Devansh Singh Chauhan. However, presently, Nausheen has been replaced by Parineeta Borthakur. The show is produced by Arvind Babbal Productions.
