Anupamaa, the StarPlus show, entertains the audience with relatable and interesting storylines produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut Productions. Rupali Ganguly plays the titular role of Anupama. The new generation leads are Adrija Roy as Rahi and Shivam Khajuria as Prem.

Today’s episode begins with Vasundhara humiliating Anupama (Rupali Ganguly), calling her mentally ill and asking her to get her. Her family checked if they are suffering from some mental illness, and even calls her family not normal. Anupama shows Vasundhara the mirror, telling her that even she is not normal because a normal person will not make a person who abuses and becomes a violent son-in-law twice. Anupama also calls out Vasundhara and makes her realise that using mental health in taunting or as a joke isn’t funny because those who suffer know how it feels.
Anupama reflects that Vasundhara gave Divakar a chance to speak, but did not trust Raahi (Adrija Roy) and let her explain. Prem (Shivam Khajuria) tells everyone to stop this, as he will explain everything later on, and requests that they focus on Prarthana. Khyaati tells everyone to bless Prarthana and Ansh, while Maahi says that Gautam will present the gift first. Gautam gives his gift to Ansh and Prarthana – legal papers.
Gautam explains that he wants Prarthana to sign these papers when Vasundhara reveals that it states that, after the child’s birth, Prarthana can live wherever she wants, but the child will live in the Kothari house and will get Gautam’s name. Gautam’s shocking demand. Prarthana sparks chaos, and a war of words begins between Anupama and Vasundhara.
Even Parag supports Vasundhara and Gautam, while Prarthana, in anger, announces once and for all that her child’s father is Ansh and that she is leaving the Kothari house and heading to her in-laws’ house. However, Gautam and Vasundhara oppose. But Anupama announces a big decision that she is taking her granddaughter-in-law to her house, and if anyone can stop her, try.
Anupama takes Prarthana and Ansh with her, but Parag screams and stops her. Parag confronts Anupama, and in reply, he gets all valid answers, which leave him in splits, but he still tries to stop Prarthana. Gautam threatens to take the matter to court, and Anupama challenges him.
