Today’s episode begins with fire catching at the place where Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) is praying to the Lord, doing aarti. She quickly handles the situation and puts out the fire, but the incident leaves her uneasy. At the same time, a fire breaks out in the room where Anupama was called, trapping Prerna there. Raahi (Adrija Roy) panics, realizes it is the same room, and screams to save Prerna. Varun witnesses everything, and when Anupama arrives at the incident spot, Varun is left shattered, while Anupama feels relieved that Ishani, Pari, and Raahi are safe.
But Raahi tells Anupama about Prerna being inside, which shakes Varun. Anupama tries to stop the fire, but as it doesn’t, she goes inside the house to bring Prerna out. Varun returns home, where Rajini celebrates Anupama’s death. But Varun breaks down in tears, expressing the big mistake of listening to Rajini and burning his sister with his own hands. Varun regrets it and wishes that she had not given him birth.
Rajini is shattered and screams, acknowledging the results of Karma. She imagines Anupama as Devi and Prerna getting caught in fire, which sends her into shock. At the same time, Bharti arrives where Varun confesses his crime, upon which Bharti decides to leave Rajini’s house forever, and Varun also tells her to take him with her. Anupama somehow manages to bring Prerna out safely, but she faints.
In her dreams, Anupama meets Anuj, who tells her to believe in God, as he will help her handle everything. Anupama wakes up, taking Prerna’s name, who hugs her and cries. Pari asks what exactly happened, and connecting the dots, they discover it was a planned incident to harm Anupama. Prerna points fingers at Rajini, but Anupama fails to believe it; Varun and Bharti confirm it. Jaspreet and Sarita criticise Varun while he apologizes to Anupama.
