In today’s Anupamaa episode, Adhik prevents Barkha from taking anxiety medications in the current episode. He claims that the medicines are harmful to her health. According to Barkha, he would have considered all of them before making her anxious. Adhik informs Barkha of his encounter with Pakhi. Vanraj and Anupamaa also joined them, he continued. Adhik is asked to explain his plans by Barkha, who is worried. Adhik informs Barkha that he wants to wed Pakhi so that she can eventually rule over Anupamaa. Barkha and Adhik are overheard by Sara. She decides to tell Anupamaa and Anuj the truth. Sara can tell the truth, Adhik tells her, but he still wants to wed Pakhi because he loves her. Sara becomes resolute. Sara is resisted by Barkha.
Then in Anupamaa, Sara commands Barkha to quit plotting to harm Anupamaa and Pakhi. Sara and Barkha clash. Sara is questioned by Anupama and Anuj when they arrive. Barkha claims that Sara is still arguing with her. Sara departs the location. Ankush inquires as to Anuj and Anupamaa’s return. They are informed of Anuj’s injury. Barkha and Ankush are told not to worry by Anupamaa and Anuj. Anuj and Anupamaa decide to tell the Kapadias about Anu later after being delighted while thinking about her. Barkha wonders why Anuj and Anupamaa are content amidst all the chaos. She anticipates the surprise or shock that Anupamaa and Anuj will deliver.
Anupamaa removes the curse from Anuj in the Anupamaa serial. Anuj and Anupamaa are thrilled when they consider receiving Anu. They intend to offer Anu a dazzling welcome. If Anu will be content with them, Anuj worries. He chooses to bring her right away. Anupamaa is delighted to have a child once more. Kinjal phones Anupamaa. Prepare a treat for Kinjal with Leela and Kavya. Anupama and Kinjal meet. She queries her need for a physician. No, Kinjal replies, she simply needs her. She expresses concern to Anupamaa and claims she won’t be able to care for the child. Kinjal adds what if she sleeps on the infant or drops it. She claims that feeling restless is common. Anupamaa is invited to accompany Kinjal. Kinjal is told by Vanraj not to worry because everyone will be with her. Kinjal asserts that she needs Anupamaa since she cannot trust anybody else without her.
Lastly in Anupamaa, Assuring Kinjal is Anupamaa. If her worry is worthwhile, Kinjal wonders. Anupamaa claims that she is a first-time mother and that this is typical. She requests that Kinjal have a mothering experience. Anupamaa returns. A woman is never off duty, say Anuj and Anupamaa in their conversation. Anupamaa is thrilled to have children once more. She requests that Anuj inform the Kapadias about Anu. Anuj forbids Anupamaa from telling the Kapadias about Anu till the child is present.
