In today’s Anupamaa episode, Anupamaa hangs a doll at the baby’s cradle. Anu helps Anupamaa. Leela asks Anu to be careful. Kinjal finds the doll pretty. Rakhi too praises the doll. Kinjal asks Anupamaa if she made it. Anupamaa says Anuj helped her. Anu says and she is helping in hanging the doll. Anupamaa adds that the infant world revolves around their mother. Samar says the baby’s social life will be sad. Anupamaa asks Samar to stop interrupting. She says since babies can’t become a part of an elder’s life for a few months, elders will put their belongings around the baby to assure that they are with her. Samar hangs a teddy bear to the cradle.
Then in Anupamaa, Shahs out there hang their favourite belonging on the cradle and decorate them for the baby. Anu takes the snap. Anuj finds Anupamaa note. Anupamaa asked Anuj to recheck the files. Anuj gets praised and thanks God for sending Anupamaa into his life. He says Anupamaa is great as she is managing the office too despite being so busy. Anu goes near the baby. Leela asks Anu to stay away. Anu cries and says Leela didn’t let her take the baby in her arms and now she is not allowing her to go near the cradle. She hugs Anupamaa. Leela asks Anu not to cry as she was just making her understand. Rakhi asks Anu not to cry.
Later in Anupamaa, Ankush and Barkha ask Anuj if he called them. Anuj asks Ankush to get him office files. He further asks Ankush and Barkha to close the door before leaving. Anuj asks to shut the door softly. Ankush gets irked. Barkha asks Ankush to be patient as they will surely win one day. Rakhi decides to leave the place. Kinjal and Leela ask Rakhi why she is leaving so soon. Rakhi says she will come for the baby’s name ceremony. She asks Anupamaa like always if she will be with Kinjal when it is required. Anupamaa asks Rakhi the reason for her talk. Rakhi asks Anupamaa to give her the promise. Anupamaa assures Rakhi. Shahs further decide on the baby’s name ceremony.
Lastly in Anupamaa, Paritosh takes care of Kinjal. He thinks Rakhi forgives him. Leela asks Anupamaa to come for the baby’s name ceremony on time. Vanraj thanks Anupamaa for everything. He further invites Anuj, Barkha and Ankush for the baby’s name ceremony. Anupamaa passes Vanraj’s message. Anuj decides to visit the Shahs. Hasmukh asks Leela why she keeps dominating Anupamaa. Leela says because Anupamaa is grandmother and has a responsibility towards the baby too. Hasmukh asks Leela to behave properly with Anupamaa. Anuj and Anupamaa get ready to go to Shah House. Anupamaa helps Anuj in getting ready. Anuj gets irked with Anupamaa. He claims she is trying to prove him weak. Anupamaa apologises to Anuj and leaves him. Anuj regrets shouting at Anupamaa.
