In today (6th August 2025) Colors TV show Mannat – Har Khushi Paane Ki Written Episode Update, Mannat (Ayesha Singh) cries out for help, causing Vikrant (Adnan Khan) to rush to her aid. He covers her with a dupatta and apologizes for arriving late, explaining that he had been searching for her. Mannat urgently asks him to call a doctor because Aishwarya is bleeding, and Vikrant quickly makes the call.
Meanwhile, Rahul informs Banty that their plan has failed, and they need to tell Mallika. When they reach Mallika, she demands Mannat’s video to make it go viral as part of her next scheme. Rahul explains that the plan flopped because Aishwarya intervened at the last minute, leaving Mallika shocked and confused about Aishwarya’s actions.
The doctor arrives and takes Aishwarya away on a stretcher. Gagan questions what happened while Shruti stays by Aishwarya’s side at Mannat’s request. As Mannat tends to her wounds, Vikrant lovingly follows her to apply ointment. Mannat breaks down in his arms, and he consoles her.
Neetu blames Mannat for their misfortunes, claiming her arrival brought bad luck and caused Aishwarya’s injuries. Vikrant defends Mannat, asking Neetu to stop the unfair blame. Later, the doctor indicates that Aishwarya needs B- blood. Gagan cannot help, and Mallika refuses to donate due to her fear of injections. Although Shruti volunteers, Vikrant reminds her she cannot donate because of her recent surgery. Despite her own injuries, Mannat insists on donating. Afterward, Vikrant arranges for glucose for Mannat, making Mallika feel jealous of their bond.
Concerned for Mannat’s safety, Shruti expresses her worries. Vikrant diverts her attention with work talk. Feeling unloved and afraid of exposure, Mallika begins to pack. Mannat confronts Mallika, warning her that she will expose her wrongdoings. Later, Mannat cares for Aishwarya, which prompts Mallika to mock their bond and further fuel rumors about family secrets.
Tension escalates when Mallika insinuates that Mannat’s blood matching Aishwarya’s and Shruti’s recent liver transplant signifies something deeper. In a dramatic revelation, Shruti admits that Mannat is Aishwarya’s daughter, exposing a long-hidden family truth.
