The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 starts with Anant entering the house. Hema asks Anant about Gehna’s surprise birthday gift. Radhika also enters. Everyone is shocked. Hiral greets Radhika and says he must have come to wish Gehna. Everyone wishes Gehna as she cuts the cake. Radhika feeds cake to Gehna and wishes her. Kanak says if she knew about her birthday, she would have shocked her with a similar gift as Anant. Paresh tells Radhika that he will drop her home. Anant goes outside and returns with Radhika’s bag. He says that Radhika will stay here as her husband has gone on a business tour. He doesn’t tell the reason as Radhika doesn’t want everyone to know about her torturous marriage. Baa, Bapuji and everyone in the family are not happy with Radhika staying in the house.
Paresh and Tia wonder why Anant brought Radhika home. They hope that this does not affect Gehna and Anant’s relationship. Gehna comes into the room and switches on the light. She sees a note in the mirror and reads it. She opens a gift box and is happy to receive a watch. She notices another gift box and is happy to receive a necklace. Anant walks in, he asks her if he any problem with Radhika being in the house. She asks him why he brought her here. Anant says he brought her here as a friend and feels bad for lying to Gehna. Gehna thinks that he is hiding something big from her. He asks her if she liked her surprise gift. She is happy as no one has celebrated her birthday before. Anant says that he will give her twenty gifts for her 20th birthday.
Radhika hugs Kanak and tells her about how she trapped Anant into her lies. Kanak says that she will ruin Gehna’s marriage. Radhika angrily says that she won’t let Gehna take her happiness. Kanak says that Gehna took her Mrs Surat crown from her so she will snatch her happy marriage and give it to Radhika.
Anant blindfolds Gehna and takes her to the room. He opens her blindfold and she is happy to see panipuri. He tells her that he will make it for her from the scratch. He prepares the first panipuri and as Gehna is about to taste it, Radhika enters and eats it.
Precap: Gehna looks out and sees Radhika and Anant going out in a car. She waits the whole night for them to return.
