The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Jethalal getting ready. He then realises that his phone is missing, Jethalal checks his room and then checks in the hall.
Bapuji asks Jethalal what he is searching for. Jethalal says that he can’t find his phone. Bapuji then makes Jethalal go to different places and make him search his phone.
Jethalal then gets tired and calls on his phone through telephone. The phone rings near Bapuji. Jethalal then asks Bapuji why he was hiding the phone.
Bapuji says that Jethalal keeps his phone anywhere and forgets. Bapuji then asks Jethalal to guess where he found the mobile.
Jethalal says Bapuji found mobile on the sofa. Bapuji says that he found Jethalal’s mobile in the kitchen.
Jethalal gets a call from Padmavati Bhojanalay. Then the person asks Jethalal when he will pay the pending bill. Jethalal asks how much he has to pay. The person says 1lakh 20thousand. Jethalal gets shocked and asks him to check it again. The person wears his glasses and checks again. He apologizes to Jethalal saying they have to pay 12 thousand. Jethalal says that he will send the money with Bagha.
Jethalal then tries calling Daya, but the call doesn’t connect. Jethalal then calls Sundar and asks him to send Daya as he needs her. Sundar says that Daya won’t come there in 2020, will come in 2021.
Later, Tapu-Sena is worried as no one in the society are talking about New Year party. Tapu then says that they will take permission from Bhide and then decide.
Tapu says that they will compliment Bhide and make him happy so that Bhide will permit them.
Tapu-Sena goes to Bhide and compliments him. Bhide asks them what he wants. Tapu says that they need permission for New Year’s party.
Bhide says this year they will not have any New Year party.
