The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Manish asking Kartik to show the rings again. Dadi says she asks Manish and Suwarna to look at their rings carefully and now they won’t get any chance. Kartik asks Suwarna and Manish to turn. Luv and Kush add Manish-Suwarna’s rings with other rings and asks them to find their rings. Kartik moves behind and collides with Sirat. The photographer clicks their picture. Suwarna asks Manish what happened to his scanner. Manish says it is very difficult to find. Akhilesh says it is very difficult to find the perfect life partner. Manish and Suwarna find their rings together. Kartik checks the rings and says both have guessed it right. Kartik asks Manish to put the ring first. Manish gets on his knees and says he should have done it a long time before, but everyone was against their marriage; only Akhilesh was with them. Dadi tells Suwarna that even she was rude to her force and asks forgiveness. Suwarna gets emotional and hugs Dadi.
Kartik and others dance. Kartik and Sirat collide again and the photographer clicks their picture. Sirat goes back to Ranvir. Manish and Suwarna exchange the rings. Sirat and Ranvir go to their room. Ranvir sees the cakes and doughnuts and says all Sirat’s favourite things are kept. Kartik says it was Luv and Kush’s idea. Kartik asks Ranvir and Sirat to rest. Kartik leaves. Ranvir asks Sirat if there is some problem between her and Kartik as they are not talking at all. Sirat says everything is fine. Sirat says she will call Nidhi and asks him to get all his things and medicine. Ranvir says he already packed his bag and Nidhi will get it.
Ranvir says he doesn’t want Sirat to behave like his nurse. He says he likes the Sirat who used to punch him all the time. Ranvir asks Sirat to promise him that she will love him more. Naksh and Kartik look at the Mehendi. Rukmani comes and asks if they soaked the Mehendi in a metal kadhai. Kartik says yes. Rukmani says this Mehendi cannot be used.
Naksh leaves as Kirti calls him. Kartik collides with Sirat. The photographer clicks their picture.
Later, Everyone gathers for the Mehendi rasam. Mr. Chauhan arrives with Saroj and Nidhi. Suwarna asks what will be unique in their Mehendi. Kirti says all ladies have to draw their partner’s face in their hand. Ranvir draws his face on Sirat’s hand. Nidhi, Gayu and Kirti start dancing. Nidhi pushes Sirat mistakenly. Sirat worries as her Mehendi gets spoiled. Ranvir asks Sirat not to worry, he will make it right.
