The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik telling Naira that life is full of surprises.
Akshara starts crying. Kartik says that Akshara might be having a stomach ache. Naira says that Akshara’s medicine is in her bag and she asks Kartik to hold her.
Meanwhile, a biker comes in front of their bus, the driver loses his control, and the bus breaks the railing and gets to the cliff end.
The driver falls out and holds the door.
Everyone gets hurt, something heavy falls on Surekha’s head, and she faints.
Kartik and Naira see the cliff and worry. Naira asks everyone if they are okay.
The driver asks Kartik to save him. Kartik tries to help the driver.
Manish asks Naksh to help Kartik. Manish then sees that Dadi is bleeding. Manish ties a cloth on Dadi’s head.
Kartik and Naksh save the driver and ask him to start the bus and take it to reverse. The driver tries to start the bus, but the bus doesn’t start.
Kartik then asks everyone not to panic, or the bus might lose the balance and can fall. Kartik says that they have to get down from the bus.
Kartik makes the driver get down from the bus and asks him to support everyone to get down from the bus.
Kartik then asks Naira to get down from the bus as she is near the door. Naira says that she will not leave her family in danger and leave. Kartik then forces Naira to get down. Naira is about to get down when the second tire goes off the cliff.
Naira’s foot gets stuck. Naira tries to remove her foot but fails.
Kartik then asks Gayu to get down with Vatsal. Gayu gets down followed by Vansh, Krish, Kirti and Krishna.
Naira then asks Kartik to get down with Akshara. Kartik asks Gayu to handle Akshara.
