In today’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Akshara asks Kunal to not try to stop her. She says if he will try to stop her then she will destroy everything. Akshara runs and falls on Abhimanyu. She hugs unconscious Abhimanyu and recalls her moment with him. Akshara asks Abhimanyu to wake up. She asks him to wake up as she is here to see him after one year. Abhimanyu takes Akshara’s name in the sleep. Akshara asks Abhimanyu to wake up. She adds she wanted to meet Abhimanyu but not like this. Akshara decides to help Abhimanyu. She drives him to the hospital. Kunal recalls his deal with Akshara. Akshara talks with unconscious Abhimanyu and asks what he was doing at Jaipur.

Then in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Akshara says that post the event she was about to come to Udaipur to meet him. Akshara asks Abhimanyu if he is hearing her. Kunal says destiny keeps playing games with Akshara and Abhimanyu. He says he can’t always understand how they find their way to each other. Kunal says Akshara broke her promise of meeting Abhimanyu before Maya’s event. He says he won’t let Abhimanyu and Akshara destroy Maya’s dream. He decides to bring back Akshara before Abhimanyu regains consciousness. Akshara takes Abhimanyu to the hospital. She gives the details to the doctors out there. Doctors learn that Akshara is Abhimanyu’s wife. He thanked her for giving the details.

Later in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Akshara asks Abhimanyu not to worry as she will not go anywhere leaving him. Manjiri gets restless. She thinks about Abhimanyu. Akshara says nothing can happen to Abhimanyu before she answers his questions and travels to Jaipur hand in hand. Akshara cries her heart out. Kunal looks for Akshara. He says Akshara can’t ruin Maya’s dream. Harsh visits Manjiri and enquires about Anand. Manjiri informs Anand is an online conference. She offers lemonade to Harsh. Harsh thanks Manjiri for being kind towards him. Manjiri gets restless. Harsh asks the reason. Manjiri and Birlas learn about Abhimanyu’s accident and decide to visit Jaipur. Akshara checks Abhimanyu’s stuff and gets sad learning he removed her picture from the wallet.

Lastly in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata, Akshara finds her music note in Abhimanyu’s jacket and wonders how it reached him. Akshara decides to sing for Maya and end the contract so that she can return to Abhimanyu soon. Akshara pleads with the doctor to not inform anyone that she brought Abhimanyu to the hospital. Maya calls Kunal and asks about his whereabouts. She asks if they are exposed. Kunal asks Maya to relax. He looks for Akshara. Akshara is allowed to meet Abhimanyu. She gets overwhelmed seeing Abhimanyu. Manish learns that Abhimanyu called Arohi to enquire about Akshara. He doubts Arohi for knowing about Birlas. Arohi makes an excuse. Akshara talks with unconscious Abhimanyu. She hugs him and says she is ready to face his wrath.
