The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kartik giving Kaira a surprise birthday party. Kairav gets happy and asks Kartik how he knew that Jungle theme is Kairav’s favourite. Kartik says that Naira knew it and told him about Kairav’s favourite theme.
Kartik wishes Kairav, Happy Birthday. Kairav’s friends wish him.
Ridhima says that they can cut the cake now. Kartik says that let Naira come, then they will cut the cake. Ridhima says that she did not prepare Kairav to meet Naira.
Kartik says that no one can get between a mother and her son. Ridhima says that a mother can understand her children better than anyone.
Kids come to Ridhima and ask her to come to play with them. Ridhima goes with the kids.
Kairav thinks that Naira is with him and talks to her. Kairav says wow Mumma he loved this theme. Then Naira shows him the jelly cake and disappears. Kairav gets upset.
Naira dresses up like a clown and comes to the party. The watchman stops her. She argues with the watchman and gets into the party.
Later, Kairav sees a big balloon and bursts it. Kairav loses his balance while Naira holds him. Kairav thanks Naira and says that he loves jokers.

Naira does some magic tricks and impresses everyone. After some time, Kartik informs everyone that the joker is leaving. Kairav asks the joker to stay.
Naira is scared if Kairav will find out that Naira is dressed as a clown.
