Among all beans, soya beans are considered the best option for your diet. Though there are many speculations surrounding soya beans, undoubtedly in vegetarian recipes it holds pride of place. This recipe is most preferred by all. The best option for snacks, this soya cutlet can be made with a few steps.

* Heat oil in a vessel and add ginger, garlic, turmeric, green chillies, chopped onion, etc. Saute it and add boiled potato and ground soya. Saute it properly and take out the mixture and make balls. Using breadcrumbs as a coating, shallow fry patties to get hot soya cutlet.
