Many people are facing double chin issues. A double chin is a submental fat which is a common condition that happens when layering of fat forms below the chin. Double chin is mostly found in obese people but there are many cases where even slim people face this problem.

There are different types of exercises are there to tackle this issue. Here we look at how to get rid of this problem by doing five exercises. Hopefully, this will help you in the longer run.

Let’s have a look at five exercises for double chin.

1. STRAIGHT JAW JUT.

Sit in any comfortable position. Keep your back parallel to the floor. Tilt your head backward and push your head towards the ceiling. Push the jaw in the front and hold it for a few seconds and back to normal position. Repeat 5 times or more for better results.

2. BALL EXERCISE.

Sit comfortably. Place a 9-10 inch ball under your chin. Press chin down against ball. Repeat daily 25-30 times. Frequently doing this exercise will help you to get rid of the double chin issue.

3. TONGUE STRETCH.

Sit comfortably. Looking straight in the front, stick your tongue out as far as you can and stay in this position. Lift your tongue towards the ceiling upwards. Hold for a few seconds and release.

4. NECK STRETCH.

Tilt your head towards your back and look up to the roof, pressing your tongue against the top of your inside mouth. Hold for a few seconds and release.

5. BOTTOM JAW JUST.

Sit in a comfortable position. Slide your bottom jaw outwards and hold it for a few minutes and release. Repeat it many times for better results.
