The actress is a fitness freak to the core. And whenever she has time on hand, she does not miss out on hitting the gym and working on her body.

In a fun fitness segment, the actress revealed her workout routine, cheat food and more

What is your cheat food?

Gluten-free creamy pasta or burger.

Favourite exercise?

Yoga.

What is your morning routine?

I do meditation followed by two glasses of water and then a hot cup of water with turmeric, black pepper and ginger then the usual day starts.

Fruits or juices?

Fruits.

Stairs or lift?

Stairs when I haven’t worked out in the day otherwise lift.

One tip for everyday fitness?

Do exercise for 20 mins at least every day, even if just stretching. It releases toxins from body and 20 mins meditation to start your day, instead of jumping on your phone the moment you wake up.
