The entertainer and fitness devotee’s “superset bodyweight workout” is a short yet power-packed.

Supersets require performing two unique activities one after the other. Hemsworth’s exercise comprises five supersets (one activity for 30 seconds and the second activity for 20 seconds) with 20 seconds of rest between each set.

Rest briefly toward the finish of the exercise prior to rehashing the entire thing — he proposes five rounds altogether.
