David Beckham is a force to be reckoned with. Despite playing for three of the world’s most prestigious football clubs, having multi-million dollar sponsorship deals in his pocket, and having a pop star wife (whatever your opinion of her is), he fails to elicit the kind of jealousy that usually sees such celebrities viewed with a fair amount of animosity.

Beckham remains universally liked, despite his failing legs on the football field and the inherent enmity that exists across Manchester, Liverpool, and some areas of the city as a result of his lifetime connection to United. People aren’t as focused on his limited language and straight-faced statements as they once were. Beckham appears to inspire respect in everyone these days, whether it’s a guy, a woman, a child, or an elderly person.

Concentrate on your work; do not consider your competitors or the opposing team. More than anything else, focus on your task. When you labor with complete dedication and willpower, you will undoubtedly achieve success. Maintain a good attitude at all times. People’s optimistic thoughts are what lead to a better existence.

Understand what to leave out. After you’ve analyzed your life objective, see what you can put aside that is wasting your time and has nothing to do with your aim. Get rid of it. When to change is something that wisdom teaches. And unless wisdom shows you otherwise, don’t change!! It’s all about how you think about life and how you approach it that promotes health and fitness.
