Nikka Zalidar 2 featuring Wamiqa Gabbi, was a comeback film for the actress in the Pollywood industry. However, not many know that she wasn’t the first choice of the director to play the second lead, but it was Shehnaaz Gill.
When the director Jagdeep Sidhu was asked, that which will be the film he would like to cast Shehnaaz Gill, he said that it would be Nikka Zalidar 2.
The actress was offered as well and was asked to send audition clips, but she sent her music videos to the makers, which didn’t really convince them. And later, the role was offered to Wamiqa Gabbi, as stated in ETimes.
