Bhagyalakshmi, Anupamaa, and Qurbaan Hua actor Parakh Madan is hopeful that 2026 is going to be a good year for her. She said, “I expect 2026 to be a year full of good health, abundant love, creatively satisfying work opportunities, mental peace, and prosperity.”
“My mantra for this year is ‘dream big, work hard, and stay humble,'” she added.
The entertainment industry gives success, name, fame, and money, and Parakh calls it a package deal. She said, “My profession is acting. And in this field, success, name, fame, and money all come together in a package. I have been very lucky to have had all of the above in my 15+ years of acting career.”
The entertainment industry doesn’t work on a set routine, but the actress feels that health should never take a back seat. She said, “It is very truly and aptly said that ‘health is wealth.’ I strongly believe that being healthy should not only be a priority but a way of life.”
“It is not a destination; it is a process. And this encompasses not just one’s physical health, but mental, emotional, and spiritual health too. They are all equally important aspects of health for a happy and wholesome life,” she added.
If she had to advise her younger self, it would be to remain a classic. She said, “I’ve always been a little old-school kind of person. But I have lost out on some massive opportunities in my personal and professional life because of that. So, if I could advise my younger self something, I would say, “Take more chances, change with the times, and be better at socialising and networking.”
Advice to someone who looks up to you? “To anyone who looks up to me, first of all I would like to say, ‘thank you.’ And as far as advice is concerned, I would say hard work and persistence are key to achieving all that I have achieved today. Don’t take failure or rejection to heart. Treat them as stepping stones to keep upping your game,” Parakh ended.
