Actor Ankit Gulati who was seen in television shows Karmaphal Daata Shani and Dr. Madhumati On Duty, says gym and fitness has become important part of actors’ profession.

“Gym not only makes an individual fit physically but also mentally. In current busy life schedule we are neglecting the most important asset of our life i.e. our own health. Doing gym on routine basis enforces you to eat clean food and avoid fast foods, alcohol, smoking etc. You feel fit, you become much more enthusiastic about your daily activities and start to live life more. I feel in other fields it is a choice to have concern about fitness and gym. But gym and fitness is important in an actor’s daily life, and it has become a part of our profession,” Ankit Gulati says.

Ankit also talks about its benefits he adds, “There are such fabulous benefits of regular gymming/exercise; good things  happens to those who sweat. It boosts the brainpower and sharpens our memory, one can improve self confidence. Your mind gets filled with positive thoughts and a positive process of reflection. Exercising every day strengthens your heart and allows it to pump more efficiently with less strain. Regular exercise may lower your risk of developing any kind of diseases. Going to the gym every day will help you control your weight. Regular exercise improves blood flow to your scalp, keeping your hair stronger and healthier. Exercise is also a big stress reliever.”
