While Rupali’s participation in season 1 helped her become a household name in the industry today, Rakhi’s career witnessed an upside-down change and for the better after her successful stint in Bigg Boss 14. While both of them enjoy a lot of fan following and craze individually, how many of you know and remember that there was this one occasion when the Anupamaa actress expressed her dislike for Rakhi openly?
Yes, that’s true. As per reports in Koimoi, after getting evicted from season 1 of Bigg Boss, Rupali was quoted in an interview saying,
“A hundred Kashmeras (Kashmera Shah) is equal to one Rakhi Sawant! When we meet, we greet each other. But Rakhi is not important in my life.”
She was further quoted about the show saying,
“Bigg Boss made me famous, and I enjoyed the attention. When I went to Vaishno Devi temple after the show, I was given special security and women came and told me that they voted for me. I got a lot of offers after that. But I was not mentally prepared for it. Bigg Boss taught me to be a better person. But my mother will still vouch that I am the same devil.”
